Sole technical resource for a Germany-based brand's Dubai operations — taking full ownership of software architecture, business automation, e-commerce platforms, and internal AI systems.

• Engineered a zero-data-loss Shopify migration from legacy Shopware 5, developing bespoke Shopify Liquid themes and custom data extraction scripts.
• Built an internal RAG-powered knowledge assistant vectorising company documents for hallucination-free employee Q&A using OpenAI API and vector search.
• Designed and deployed a multi-warehouse ERP (Laravel + React) with a real-time WMS synchronising stock levels across storefronts.
• Automated customer support email processing using N8N, Python, and OpenAI API, drastically decreasing first-response turnaround.
• Built a NestJS B2B order mediator microservice standardising order pipelines between Shopware 6 and fulfilment operations.
• Managed production deployments, Docker containers, and CI/CD pipelines across cloud servers.

Owned end-to-end full-stack architecture across client web applications, e-commerce systems, real-time platforms, and cloud infrastructure.

• Architected and shipped Zotel.ai solo: a full-stack hotel automation platform featuring real-time OTA calendar sync (Channex webhooks), an AI WhatsApp concierge (OpenAI + WATI), and a Remix admin dashboard.
• Developed two merchant-facing Shopify applications: an Events Calendar app (Google Calendar API & Shopify App Bridge) and an Add-to-Cart animation micro-interaction app.
• Managed production Linux servers, Nginx reverse proxies, PM2, Docker containers, and GitHub Actions CI/CD across AWS EC2 and DigitalOcean.
• Implemented real-time features using WebSockets (Pusher) and Server-Sent Events (SSE) for live booking syncs and dashboard metrics.
• Designed resilient REST and GraphQL APIs and integrated third-party payment and messaging platforms (Stripe, Twilio, Google APIs).
